Their marketing is essential to their growth phase and to their operations, and they are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to their ongoing growth.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement lead generation marketing strategies to support business growth.Oversee content creation and management, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.Manage social media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, to drive engagement and visibility.Collaborate with internal teams to create product-based content marketing campaigns.Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.Identify opportunities for market expansion and recommend strategies to capitalise on them.Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations.The Successful ApplicantA successful Marketing Manager should have:Strong experience in content management and social media, particularly LinkedIn.Proven ability to develop and execute lead generation marketing strategies.Expertise in creating product-based content marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Adept at analysing marketing data and providing strategic recommendations.SaaS industry experience is strongly advantageous.What's on OfferCompetitive salary package estimated between $90,000 and $120,000 AUD, plus super.Part-time, contract role offering full remote working arrangement.6 month contract with opportunity to extend a further 6 months.Opportunity to work within a small-sized organisation with a focused team.Chance to make a meaningful impact in the property industry.If you're ready to take on this exciting Marketing Manager role, apply today and contribute to the success of a growing organisation
