Operations Manager

The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our business, ensuring seamless day-to-day administration functions. This includes managing the office environment, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing administrative key dates and timelines to ensure systems and documentation remain current.
- Supporting job scheduling, resource allocation, readiness, and internal on-boarding requirements.
- Resource mobilisation and travel and accommodation bookings.
- Management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, Payroll, and general bookkeeping using XERO.
- Procurement activities: site equipment, supplies, and services, inventory management (uniforms and workwear).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our business.
Requirements:
- Highly organised and efficient with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and XERO software.
