Product Leadership Role

This leadership position is pivotal in driving operational excellence and product agenda for Deposit Accounts.

The role involves collaboration with the Deposits and Payments product team to spearhead strategic initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage market insights to inform pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive impactful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead change initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and delivery of quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize margin impacts and manage interest rate changes.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency through proactive risk management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, preferably with Business Banking expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, or other product management tools is highly desirable.
