Job Title

An Assistant Director - Workforce Information is required to manage a team delivering solutions and initiatives in a high tempo environment.

This role is critical to the Directorate of Workforce Information and involves providing managerial oversight, guidance on HR information governance, data sharing, and consumption, as well as maintaining currency on technology trends and industry direction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and sustaining Data Warehouse (HRDW) and data lake capability.
  • Delivery of data/analytics & reporting tools as a self-service capability.
  • Maintaining Data Analytics Tools.
  • Development of Strategic Reporting Products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HR data and business concepts, with the ability to work collaboratively and develop productive working relationships both internally and externally. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire their team and drive results.
