Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum

Job Description
  • Manage accounts payable and receivables with precision and attention to detail.
  • Oversee weekly payroll processing for all staff members.
  • Provide timely updates to the management team on payroll matters.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of employee and sub-contractor timesheets.
  • Maintain accurate records of asset and leave registers.
  • Ensure compliance with fleet vehicle regulations at all times.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior managers and directors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an accounts and/or payroll officer.
  • Excellent accounting knowledge and financial management expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (MYOB/Xero).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with excellent organisational and time management skills.
