About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ForHealth Medical Centres. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including welcoming them into the centre, collecting and entering patient details, and answering telephone calls and enquiries.
- Assist the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations, including administrative duties and supporting the team.
- Manage the front desk reception, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Foster professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff.
- Maintain compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous team leadership experience within a customer service role.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Detail orientated.
- Initiative, ambition, and ownership.
- High standard of presentation.
