Business Projects Coach

The Business Projects Coach is responsible for delivering learning and development initiatives associated with major business projects, compliance requirements, and stakeholders.

This role combines learning design and delivery skill sets with project management and stakeholder consultation skills to drive continuous improvement in learning design and delivery across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for key business projects, stakeholders, and partners to meet their learning needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, considering dependencies, learner outcomes, and capacity to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand root causes and success measures of projects, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate within the Learning Improvement Team and broader project teams to achieve organizational goals.

This role may require occasional travel for work-related activities, including meetings, training, or project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment or similar qualification to demonstrate expertise in training and assessment.
  • Experience working in project structures and environments to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment to ensure compliance and risk management.
