Job Overview

A typical day may involve:

  • Creating and sourcing new employment opportunities for job seekers;
  • Directly supporting employers to become disability confident and grow their knowledge;
  • Collaborating with the team to share ideas, skills, and experience;
  • Maintaining records, claims, and other important documentation.

To be successful in this role, you should have skills and experience in:

  • Sales: exceeding targets, cold calling, and providing person-centred customer service;
  • Relationship building: networking, community engagement, and employer relationships;
  • Proactivity: working independently and achieving results without direct supervision;
  • Growth mindset: learning about different disabilities and analysing market trends;
  • Administration: intermediate computer literacy, phone, and record keeping skills;
  • Purpose: aligning with our team's values and mission.
