  • Program machines and set up tooling for machine operations
  • Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure efficient production processes
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of approximately 5 staff
  • Schedule jobs and forecast workloads to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee the purchasing of materials and consumables
  • Maintain strict quality control standards
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with OHS requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading small teams and managing shop floors. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
