We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our service team as a Service Advisor.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure.

  • The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting and assisting with service bookings and enquiries.
  • They will prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests, liaising with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status.
  • Maintaining clear and timely communication with guests throughout the process is essential.
  • The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard.
About You
  • You will have previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • A current driver's licence is also required for this position.
