We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our brand and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating positive impact through fitness. You will work independently, following directions well, and maintain a clean, comfortable, and non-intimidating environment for all guests.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests, monitoring club access to members and non-members, answering questions and handling member complaints, and taking messages and giving club tours.
You will also be responsible for selling memberships and completing membership agreements, operating the Point-of-Sale system and collecting balances of past due accounts, making appointments for PF hourly sessions, and maintaining the customer service front desk and completing daily cleaning zones as assigned by management team.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, be certified in First Aid and CPR, and hold a Certificate 3 in Fitness. You must also have your WWC (Working with Children) certificate/number NSW & VIC or Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date or proof that the process has started.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Previous customer service experience.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Certificate 3 in Fitness.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions well.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
