Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales Support Representative in various locations. This is a permanent part-time position requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week, with flexibility to increase based on workload. You will need access to your own car and be available 2-3 days per week.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will establish a visual presence at store level by building and maintaining displays according to trade standards and ensuring adequate stock cover. They will have frequent contact with customer store staff, requiring a basic understanding of selling skills to assist with limited tasks such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading promotional activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with communicated trade standards.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively through communication with relevant store personnel.
  • Assist in achieving business objectives and targets through effective management & retention of POS and attempting to resolve non-compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Higher school certificate.
  • Previous experience in a merchandising/sales role preferably in a grocery or FMCG organisation.
  • Drive for Results, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Creativity Problem Solving, Basic Selling Skills.
