A solution consultant is key to our success, responsible for collaborating with clients and providing tailored solutions to their challenges. The ideal candidate will understand client needs, propose customised solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and pain points to develop effective solutions.
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights, best practices, and recommendations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and address client questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements
  • Candidates must have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience, is necessary.
  • 5 years of experience in solution consulting, technical sales, or a related role, is also required.
  • Proven expertise in analysing complex business requirements and designing innovative solutions is essential.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts effectively is also necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to various stakeholders, are required.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and nurturing client relationships is also essential.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively are required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and working with Public Sector or in Public Sector is also preferred.
