Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead / Solution Designer with deep expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions. The candidate will play a key role in solution design, customizations, integrations, and data migration while collaborating with customers, architects, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in discovery workshops with clients, providing technical feasibility and thought leadership for business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Architect and design solutions for Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet project requirements.
  • Development & Customization: Deliver high-quality code deliverables, including configurations, plugins, workflows, and customizations.
  • Azure Services Integration: Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault and other Azure services to extend CRM capabilities.
  • Testing & Validation: Lead validation for all types of testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities
  • Integration: Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other business applications.
  • Data Migration: Create data migration plans and lead migration activities from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM using the required tools.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor developers to ensure adherence to design standards, best practices, and project timelines.
Must Have Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Excellent customer interfacing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Top 3 Responsibilities
  • Participate in discovery workshops and provide technical feasibility/leadership.
  • Create Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality configurations/customizations, lead testing and support implementation through to warranty.
