As a Child and Youth Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people affected by family violence.

This part-time position involves delivering evidence-based counselling and group work to help them heal and recover from traumatic experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, extensive experience working with children and families impacted by trauma, and knowledge of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT).

You will be compassionate, skilled, and committed to child safety and confidentiality.

Your key responsibilities include providing individual and group programs for children, parents, and caregivers, participating in program meetings, and engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and expertise.

You will ensure clinical and administrative practices meet program standards and policies, and contribute to the overall success of the team through your dedication and commitment.
