Payroll and HR Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a dedicated Payroll & HR Specialist.

  • Provide full-cycle payroll support including award interpretation, compliance, and staff coordination
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring seamless transitions for new employees
  • Offer advisory expertise within a shift-based social service setting where teamwork and effective communication are essential

The ideal candidate will have qualifications or experience in HR Management with a focus on payroll processing and health or aged care settings. They will also be proficient in digital HRIS, Roster, and Payroll Systems.

We are looking for a professional who possesses excellent communication skills and is willing to undergo a criminal record check and references.
