Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned finance leader to oversee our finance function during an organisational transformation period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting in accordance with Australian and US GAAP requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of financial control, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Lead and mentor a local accounting team, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Act as the primary finance liaison between the subsidiary and the global finance team.
  • Provide strategic financial insights for business decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Professional accounting qualifications (CPA, CA or equivalent) backed by 7-10 years of corporate finance experience.
  • Exposure to big four training and experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences innovation markets.
