Job Description

We seek an Associate Director to lead Finance Transformation engagements across Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This involves restructuring an organization's finance operating model, including systems, processes, and operations.

Your focus will be on supporting clients in navigating the challenges of a complex business environment. You will help them adapt to change, delivering efficiency, insight, and value to their businesses.

The role requires you to work with some of Australia's leading clients and the wider national team in a positive, collaborative, and team-focused environment.

This is suited to candidates with prior finance transformation experience and those who have managed cross-functional teams, ideally in a consulting environment or in a transformation capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of leading practices across the finance operating model, including processes and controls, systems, and service delivery models.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and support decision-making across core finance operating model.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
  • Core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/EPM system concepts and general module functionality.
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of the major phases of EPM implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a client-ready quality level.
  • Ability to Travel as required.
