  • Contribute to company-wide strategy, planning, and decision-making.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting and cash flow while maintaining a long-term focus on profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key financial stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage commercial models that support informed decisions across marketing, inventory, logistics, and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in commerce, accounting, business, or a related field, along with CPA or CA certification.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, or retail.
  • A background in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments, with hands-on experience scaling a business.
  • A strong systems mindset, with a passion for designing and improving tools, processes, and platforms.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong leadership skills that bring out the best in your team.
  • A commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge, question, and drive performance across departments.
  • Experience managing banking relationships, external advisors, and capital planning.
  • Exposure to international expansion or omnichannel strategies is highly regarded.
