Job DescriptionThe Family Engagement Director provides critical support to youth and families by offering residential screening, parent education, and aftercare services. This role involves working closely with staff, acting as a liaison between parents and the agency, and providing time-limited support and networking depending on the youth's length of stay.
The Family Engagement Director will engage community partners, including sheriff offices, schools, churches, job fairs, shelters, and other resources, to share the mission of our organization and seek out disadvantaged students who could benefit from our program.
