Lead national change through lived experience Empower participant and family voices at every level of the organisation Flexible location, values-led culture, and lived experience leadership About the role The Participant and Family Engagement Manager leads and promotes inclusive, co-produced approaches to ensure the voices of participants and families are central to how Wellways designs, delivers, and evaluates its services.
This role leads the participant and family engagement stream within the Lived Experience Leadership Team and is deeply informed by lived experience values, knowledge, stories, and evidence.
Key responsibilities include : Provide strategic leadership for participant and family engagement across Wellways Drive implementation of engagement directions in the Wellways and Lived Experience Strategy Promote inclusive and equitable engagement practices, including co-production Support and oversee engagement processes across programs and services Develop and promote opportunities for participants and families to grow their leadership and influence Ensure organisational decision-making reflects the voices of participants and families Please note, this is a full-time role but hours may be negotiable for the right candidate.

Experience in a designated lived experience role Lived expertise in leading participant and family engagement.
Demonstrated experience in leadership and people management.
