Immersive Retail Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Immersive Retail Experience Specialist. As a key member of our retail operations, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional in-store experience that inspires and delights our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that maximize sales and service results by delivering a customer-centric environment. You will lead by example, coaching and mentoring your team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate our service principles, engage with customers, drive sales, and build a loyal customer base.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions to the team.
  • Be Visibly Present: Lead by example and inspire the team to create warm connections with customers.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with store teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify Opportunities: Look for opportunities for improvement while being commercially aware.
  • Maintain Stock Loss Awareness: Work closely with the sell and support teams to mitigate loss by ensuring proactive measures are implemented.
  • Motivate and Lead Teams: Have a demonstrated passion for retail and a desire to provide great customer service.
  • Solutions-Focused Mindset: Have a proven ability to motivate and lead teams and inspire an in-store experience like no other.
