Retail Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable shopping experience.
Job DescriptionThe Customer Experience Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our boutique. You will work closely with the boutique manager to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations, including visual merchandising and stock management.
- Inspire and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, customer-first experience.
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional events.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze and report sales data and KPIs.
