Role Description Seeking an experienced Rebates and Claims officer to assist with a 3 month contract opportunity.
This position will be based in Macquarie Park wtih free on-site parking, 2 days working-from-home after initially training and close to public transport.

Essential Skills and Experience: Oversee claims processing for rebates and deals.
Verify claims using approved deal conditions, sell through and other data.
Enter payment data for cheque payments into the AP system.
Upload approved rebate data into system and once approved generate credit notes.
Complete weekly journal entries into ERP system and BI systems.
Prepare ad hoc reports and reconciliation of data and transactions as required.
Work closely with the Credit team to facilitate claims processing.
Assist the team to update data for trade spend files.
Track actual claims from customer and reconcile to trade spend master files and accruals.
Adjust accruals as required.
Follow processes to enable the completion of customer claims and log issues for follow up until resolved.
