Operational Excellence Specialist

The role of an Operational Excellence Specialist is to oversee the end-to-end logistics operations for our customers. This includes managing warehousing activities, ensuring the availability and maintenance of materials and equipment, and driving productivity through engagement activities. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the success of your colleagues and the day-to-day operations in the warehouse and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall performance of operational accounts, including responsibility for achieving all agreed financial and operational objectives.
  • Plan, organize, staff, and direct warehouse activities at the site to ensure all material and equipment are available and maintained to support operations.
  • Ensure teams deliver against their customer, site, and people Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with customer on-boarding, retention, and operational excellence initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding operations.
  • Proven ability to manage operational performance for assigned key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of freight processes, including import/export, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Experience conducting business reviews, analyzing KPIs, and presenting performance insights.
