About the Role

This pivotal position is responsible for driving the future of customer experience by leading shipping, logistics, and cross-border delivery strategy. You will oversee the end-to-end shipping journey for millions of domestic and international transactions, focusing on speed, cost efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive shipping and logistics roadmap that prioritizes cross-border efficiency and scalability.
    • Negotiate carrier partnerships for competitive rates, service levels, and innovation.
    • Design solutions for complex international logistics challenges.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Manage day-to-day logistics performance across channels, focusing on delivery speed, cost, and reliability KPIs.
    • Oversee cross-border compliance and risk mitigation.
    • Partner with global logistics teams to align and execute AU strategy with international programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with Product/Tech teams to enhance shipping tools, tracking visibility, and seller integration.
    • Advise Commercial teams on logistics-driven growth opportunities.
    • Support Customer Service with escalation resolution and root-cause analysis for delivery failures.
  • Data-Driven Innovation:
    • Analyze shipping data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.
    • Pilot new technologies and last-mile solutions.
    • Optimize returns logistics and reverse supply chains.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
    • Lead a team of logistics specialists; mentor talent and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Build trusted relationships with carriers, 3PLs, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
