Infrastructure Lawyer Opportunity

A leading contractor with over 30 years' experience in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Lawyer to join their in-house legal team. This role involves advising on major infrastructure projects across the country, working closely with executives, project leaders, and clients.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic advice on contract negotiation and risk management.
  • Leading front-end contracting, including drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment.
  • Offering practical guidance on contract compliance, disputes, and governance matters.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
  • Helping to refine internal legal processes and policies to improve efficiency.

Beyond project work, you'll gain exposure to various areas, including insurance, governance, and data protection. This opportunity provides a genuine platform for progression towards senior leadership roles.

What You Bring

  • Qualified lawyer with strong infrastructure experience gained in private practice or an in-house environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills, with confidence working across multiple phases.
