We are seeking a skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Professional to join our team based in Tamworth and surrounding areas. You will be working as part of a highly experienced, knowledgeable and collaborative group.
This role offers the opportunity for exposure to a variety of customers, different schemes and varying complexities of cases. You will also have the chance for career progression and professional development.
- Assist with an individual's recovery and return to work following injury or illness
- Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios
- Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury employment using your clinical skills and knowledge
- Interact and build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
About You:
- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership)
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Honesty, integrity and a positive approach
