National Business Performance Lead

As a key leadership position, this role plays a pivotal part in our business transformation and customer service strategy. With end-to-end responsibility for national operations across Australia, you will lead a geographically dispersed team of managers to deliver efficient, safe, and cost-effective results.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the performance of all national operations to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with our national strategy.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and a passion for operational excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 10 years' senior leadership experience in a similar operations role.
- Deep knowledge of Australian logistics networks, depot operations, and linehaul/PUD performance metrics.
- Industrial relations and workforce planning experience in a unionised environment is highly regarded.
