To excel in this role, you will need to prepare, cook, and present food to meet customer expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to ensure the safety of your team and visitors.


You will deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence. Additionally, you will help organise and coordinate the team during busy services, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
