Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for planning home care service delivery and ensuring seamless execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee verification of timesheets and ensure accuracy
  • Assist with incoming and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service
  • Plan schedules that meet client needs and requirements
  • Respond promptly to problems and proactively address unexpected issues
Requirements
  • Experience using scheduling software, preferably Sandwai Scheduling
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
  • Background in a similar position within the industry or relevant experience
