About the Role

Roc Consulting is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join their Service Maintenance team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems while adhering to the company's safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as call reports and timesheets.
  • Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours service.
  • Attend toolbox meetings and training.
  • Strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Relevant technical certificates and licenses (e.g., Disconnect/Reconnect Electrical License, Arctic Refrigerant Handling License).
  • Experience in commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
