About the Role

Roc Consulting is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their Service Maintenance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems, adhering to the company's safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as call reports and timesheets to maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours service to provide timely support to customers.
  • Attend toolbox meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Relevant technical certificates and licenses, such as Disconnect/Reconnect Electrical Licence and Arctic Refrigerant Handling Licence.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, with a strong understanding of system design and operation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence, with a clean driving record.
