About the Role

Roc Consulting is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their Service Maintenance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing air conditioning systems while adhering to the company's safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair air conditioning systems.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as call reports and timesheets.
  • Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours service.
  • Attend toolbox meetings and training.
  • Strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence.
