Senior Collections Manager Opportunity

This is a highly sought-after position for an experienced and driven collections professional to lead our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will work closely with our operations and management teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance collections processes and optimise outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of 5-10 collections agents to meet performance targets and deliver high-quality results
  • Developing and implementing strategies to streamline collections processes and improve efficiency
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting regular coaching and training sessions to support the growth and development of your team
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities
  • Certificate III of Financial Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
