About the M1 South - Blackhill to Tomago Project

The Role
  • Partner with construction leaders to deliver operational HR support to over 300 white and blue collar project-based employees.
  • Manage a HR Coordinator and collaborate closely with project teams to ensure people management practices are aligned with legislative requirements, enterprise agreements, and company policies.
  • Lead employee relations (ER) processes and support the development and rollout of demobilisation activities across the project.
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and advice to leaders and employees on all workplace relations matters.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of HR strategies in collaboration with the People Manager.
  • Oversee the full range of people management activities including recruitment, remuneration, employee relations, and offboarding / demobilisation.
