We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members to deliver outstanding service standards.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining brand standards across the food and beverage operation.

A successful Food and Beverage Supervisor will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain open communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have previous experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.

A degree in hospitality or a related field is highly regarded, as well as certifications in RSA and food safety.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential. Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Australia are also required.
