Job Title: Supply Chain Transformation Specialist

This is a high-impact role that will drive strategic initiatives to transform our consolidation capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the way in transforming the way millions of customers receive their packages by driving shipment consolidation and network efficiency across our Australian fulfillment network.

  • Analyze and implement consolidation strategies across fulfillment centers to maximize efficiency.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses into order patterns and consolidation opportunities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design efficient middle-mile networks to enable consolidation opportunities and optimize multi-node fulfillment patterns.
  • Plan network capacity to support consolidation goals while maintaining service levels.
  • Develop inventory transfer strategies that maximize consolidation potential and drive improvement in key consolidation metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design multi-order consolidation strategies balancing speed, cost, and efficiency to meet customer promise times.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve UPB while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Create strategic forecasting models for consolidation and capacity planning to inform business decisions.
  • Support new site launches with consolidation-focused network integration to ensure seamless operations.
  • Drive improvement in key consolidation metrics and optimize supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Advanced analytics skills with proven experience in large-scale data analysis and supply chain operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance competing priorities and drive business growth.
  • Experience in supply chain operations, network design, or related fields and expertise in logistics and transportation.
  • Advanced Excel/SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools to inform business decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in supply chain and logistics, transportation, operations, and/or e-commerce industries.
  • Relevant program or project management experience in a similar role and experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership and expertise in process improvements.
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University in a relevant field such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
