Transform Supply Chain Operations

We are at an exciting time in the evolution of our end-to-end supply chain, rebranding to a strategic partner within the group.

Our team of over 8,000 continues to support stores across the country, providing customers with their favourite food, drink, and everyday needs items.

The role exists for ensuring successful implementation and deployment of systems and B2B integration capability into our Supply Chain, with a primary focus on end users and transition planning.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, own and drive the implementation of systems and/or B2B integrations across customers, partners and teams.
  • Collaborate with customer, partner and team stakeholders to assist with preparation and coordination of implementation activities.
  • Perform UAT planning and execution, in collaboration with customer or partner stakeholders.
  • Lead go live planning and execution, balancing stakeholders, system & operational considerations.
  • Communicate milestones, successes and issues to customer, partner and team stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful handover to all BAU operational units in the supply chain.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years Supply Chain experience, within the FMCG / Food, Beverage & Retail Sector.
  • 5+ years system implementation experience covering complex implementations.
  • Experience testing and deploying B2B integrations (preferably API).
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated effective negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders.
