Proven ability to inspire teams and lead large-scale change in fast-paced, complex environments.Deep knowledge of logistics, operations, and best practices, with formal CI and project management methodology experience.Strong track record in transformation, IBP, CAPEX, and enterprise-wide project delivery.Hands-on experience driving digital initiatives and automation integration.Financial acumen with the ability to align cross-functional priorities.Strong judgment, ethical leadership, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
