Supply Chain Transformation Specialist

The position of Supply Chain Transformation Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the organisation's supply chain is properly managed and reporting on changes. This involves overseeing the end-to-end product change process for the Supply Chain, ensuring efficient and effective management of change sentenced through Change Boards, and capturing the impact of change through analysis, reporting, and risk management.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Supply Chain transformation program to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensuring timely completion of Impact Assessments for all product change across all categories of Supply Chain
  • Capturing and analysing change metrics to inform decision-making
  • Representing at key forums, including the Product Change Board, to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enable effective control of change across the Program
