Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled financial professional to join our team at NSW Health, supporting the Service Manager in the implementation and management of consistent and improved finance and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and thorough advice to Service Managers, Clinicians, frontline managers, and executives on financial performance, effective utilisation of assets, budget and cost data.
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to cultivate financial processes across the network.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff to support their financial responsibilities.
  • Analyse health policy and formulate new approaches for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work in a complex and highly analytical environment.
