About the Role

As a key member of the MECCA Brands Pty Ltd team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional rewards experiences for our customers. With your expertise in operations management and stakeholder engagement, you will ensure seamless execution of Beauty Loop campaigns and lead the way in innovative reward strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Rewards Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the second-in-command for all Beauty Loop operational tasks, guaranteeing smooth execution and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the packing house to optimize processes and ensure timely fulfillment of campaigns.
  • Lead planning meetings prior to campaign launch, sharing confirmed reward details, gathering feedback from brands and the B&B team, and aligning on communication strategies.
  • Engage with the wider loyalty team for reward sourcing input, while maintaining a laser focus on delighting the customer and driving commercial success.
  • Work closely with Brands and the Buying & Brand (B&B) teams to ensure on-time reward shipments, collaborating with the Samples Coordinator to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Oversee budget management for rewards and cost of goods, ensuring campaigns remain within budget.
  • Manage Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR) for campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders complete their reviews on time and provide consistent messaging.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Beauty Loop Box campaigns, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring timely execution of all operational milestones.
  • Drive operational excellence in receiving rewards, ensuring timely arrival and correct volumes of goods.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring clear communication and facilitating the development of toolkits and bespoke planning resources as needed.
  • Own the communication process with brands, ensuring all necessary requirements are met before proposals are put forward to the head of loyalty and senior operations manager.
  • Support the successful delivery of new initiatives within the Beauty Loop program, ensuring smooth integration with brand partner activities.
  • Lead change management efforts, analyzing the impact on brand partners and ensuring effective communication and transition throughout the process.
