Job Title: Lead Business Central Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Expert to assume key responsibilities within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central modules and be responsible for delivering comprehensive implementation, configuration, and support services from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake thorough scope and analysis sessions with clients to comprehend business requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Design and configure bespoke Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client needs through meticulous planning and execution.
  • Conduct in-depth workshops and training sessions for clients on system functionalities to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Perform intricate data migration activities, provide end-user training, and conduct rigorous user acceptance testing to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, and project managers to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest Dynamics Business Central features, best practices, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central, preferably in a lead capacity.
  • Exceptional functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects).
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central highly regarded.

Additional Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours during project milestones is essential.

Must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
