At Food and Wine, we are committed to excellence in our operations and are looking for a dedicated Project Administration and Support Officer to enhance our team. This role is essential in ensuring the effective execution of our SAP implementation project.

About the Position

The selected candidate will provide vital administrative and operational support to our project team, facilitating the successful delivery of our SAP project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the project team, encompassing project coordination, document management, quality assurance, and technical support.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of project plans, timelines, and reports.
  • Oversee and monitor project deliverables, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Maintain precise project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and progress updates.
  • Encourage effective communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in the creation of project presentations and reports for upper management.
  • Support the project team in identifying and addressing issues, risks, and changes.
  • Manage project-related communications and ensure prompt follow-up on action items.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or support capacity within a project management framework.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and SharePoint is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
