We are currently seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team on a permanent or contractual basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to our practice's business strategy and direction, ensuring the successful execution of SAP solutions projects across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects, including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Develop and monitor installation schedules and timelines, resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to our clients.
- Manage and direct project consultants to ensure all customer expectations and agreed deliverables are met.
- Establish and maintain an effective document control system, including project hand-over, administration, documentation, customer support, and project closures.
- Provide regular aggregated internal project progress reporting.
- Liaise and negotiate with BPOs to ensure contractual requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and improve project delivery processes and procedures in line with our project methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of five years in delivering medium-scale, complex IT projects.
- SAP experience is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large projects, performing project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases.
- Excellent communication, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to interact with stakeholders on a technical and non-technical level.
- Good human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate, and mentor project personnel.
