Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled SAP Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team on a permanent or contractual basis. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our practice business strategy and direction, ensuring that objectives and business goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Project manage the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects, including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines, resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to our customers.
- Manage, interact with, and direct all relevant project consultants to ensure all customer expectations and agreed deliverables are met.
- Manage the processes associated with an effective and functional document control system, including project management hand-over, administration, documentation, customer support, and project closures.
- Facilitate regular aggregated internal project progress reporting.
- Liaise and negotiate with all relevant BPOs of our customers about contractual requirements.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and demonstrate the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and improve project delivery processes and procedures in line with our project methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management with a minimum of five years in the delivery of medium-scale, complex IT projects.
- SAP experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience managing large projects, performing project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases.
- Exemplary communication, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to interact with all relevant stakeholders on a technical and non-technical level to build successful relationships.
- Good human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate, and mentor the work of project personnel.
