Role Overview
We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administration and Support Officer to enhance our operational capabilities. This role is pivotal in facilitating the effective execution of our SAP implementation project, providing vital administrative and operational assistance to the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the project team, focusing on project coordination, document management, quality assurance, and technical assistance.
- Assist in the formulation and upkeep of project plans, timelines, and reports.
- Monitor and track project deliverables, ensuring adherence to established milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain precise project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and progress updates.
- Enhance communication among project stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of project presentations and reports for upper management.
- Support the project team in identifying and addressing issues, risks, and modifications.
- Oversee project-related correspondence and ensure prompt follow-up on action items.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or support capacity within a project management framework.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools and Sharepoint is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
