Job Summary

We seek a seasoned marketing strategist to drive impactful go-to-market approaches for the Off-Road segment. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in deploying and coordinating commercial plans, overseeing operational aspects, and driving successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align go-to-market strategies with market needs and business goals.
  • Provide front-line support for channel members to ensure consistency with strategic objectives.
  • Implement partnership strategies to refine funnel and individual campaign performance to improve overall demand generation programs.
  • Oversee deployment of new offers and events, while monitoring and improving existing offerings.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analysing activities and delivering actionable insights.
  • Manage and execute integrated marketing communication strategies, budgets and digital transformation efforts.
  • Evaluate and enhance content and digital marketing to optimise organisational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing or communications, demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively and professionally.
  • Advanced skills in Excel; Power BI is not mandatory but advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in project management, prioritisation and organisation, handling multiple projects independently.
  • Proactive and adaptable; willing to learn and embrace change while driving initiatives.
  • Leadership skills to mobilise teams and resources to foster progress and collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, open communication, conflict resolution and respect for individuals.
  • Commitment to cultivating an empathetic, compassionate and supportive internal and external culture.
