About the role:

  • This is a rare opportunity to work across Australia's biggest corporate health and well-being fundraising challenge, STEPtember, and other innovative virtual peer-to-peer campaigns with a supportive team of skilled professionals.

The Junior Campaign Manager supports the growth of participation and fundraising revenue for our annual virtual peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, including STEPtember, Facebook Challenges, and other campaigns. The role assists in executing and optimizing operations, marketing, and fundraising multi-channel strategies across traditional and digital platforms to effectively acquire and engage participants and drive revenue within agreed campaign targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the implementation of above-the-line and below-the-line paid media strategies and plans to drive campaign recruitment and fundraising outcomes against agreed targets.
  • Monitoring traditional and digital media campaign performance to make recommendations.
  • Developing and implementing marketing/comms collateral and content across all target audiences.
  • Coordinating the ambassador/community champion program and developing client and fundraising case studies.
  • Managing platform copy and content updates across campaign phases.
  • Determining financial campaign targets in collaboration with the Campaign Manager.
